This past week I was asked if it was OK from a fellow blogger if she added me to her Mojo Monday. She explained to me what Mojo Monday was. During the following week if she happened to run into, layout or altered item that toally impressed her, she then makes her list and features them on her blog. When I was asked I really had no idea what work of mine would of inspired her, as she does such beautiful creations of her own. For those of you who don't know who I'm talking about already you should check her out her name is Stacey S but better knows as "Mrs.Schwiet"
So it turns out that she found one of my older posted, and she Posted My Paper Made Shoes on her blog, along with a few others that she enjoyed and gave her inspiration for the week. Mojo Monday what a great idea! I'm thrilled that she would find enjoyment in one of my posts. My birthday is this week, so Thank you Stacey, that was a big surprise birthday present! I'm totally honored, more than words can say!
To find individual pictures of each shoe follow the links below the image of my 3 Paper Shoes.
Here are links to each shoe if you want to see additional pictures CHECK OUT MORE PICTURES HERE as well as here Paper shoe "Green Pair" and here for the Purple Paper shoes.
I can't say how much fun I enjoyed making these. It was to date the most fun swap I've done.
Thank you again Stacey for your kindness and for putting a BIG smile on my face! You have no idea how honored I truly am.

- I'm glad you arrived, please do come in.. I hope you enjoy my Homemade crafty items. Feel free to leave a comment and if you have any questions I'll do my best to reply. I've been having better luck with my Mojo but still have a tendency to get lost in the game. I lose my mojo and I just wait for some inspiration to hit and then I'll scrap again. I'm sure others know what I'm talking about. We just plain run out of ideas for a moment! Sooner or later things are kicking back into gear! YAY! For those that stop by and leave comments, I greatly appreciate it. Even stop by just to say Hi.. I will try to get back to your blog too. I hope you have a great day, I hope you enjoy your visit! She's "Beautiful" to Me
This Is my daughter.
I decided it was time to start using some flowers I've made, so all flowers I made myself.
Here is a following list of the material I used in this layout. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
black and teal sequin ribbon,
2 butterflies, (bought on Ebay)
Black decorative velvet feel self adhesive border
White flower lace
2 small white dollies
each holding a "mirror like flower shape
fern leaves cut from Martha Stewart Punch.
The "Beautiful" sign, which is Serendipity Embossed Stickers from K&Company
I loved how her picture looked in black and white so decided to try that. I don't have back and white photo's very often, but I'm quite pleased with the turn out.
Black and Silver striped flower is from ATD called Black Tie.
Glue Dots Continuous line glue
Sookwang 1 in tape for behind the picture (this is sticky stuff so gotta make sure you got it in the right place before laying it down as its next to impossible to lift up.
Paper Shapers punch
Cricut used to cut black foliage.
Acrylic paints for all homemade flowers
Color Box Pigment ink pad for flower tips
I hope I didn't miss anything else. Here are some addition photos, close up and different angles I hope you enjoy.
THANKS FOR STOPPING BY.
